Mr. Paul Chan
Chairman, Wellink International Accounting Group
After graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic (now HK Polytechnic University), Mr. Chan spent several years with Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Ernst & Young. Upon obtained the qualification as a certified public accountant in 1985, he set up his own CPA practice under the name of C.C Chan & Company in the following year. In the subsequent about 30 years, his firm had merged several times with other firms to form larger practices; and of them Mr. Chan was appointed as the managing partner. Currently, Mr. Chan mainly focuses on the advisory sector in relation to IPO and M&A projects.
