Mr. Jiang Jasper 蒋卫强

Mr. JIANG Weiqiang (蒋卫强) has over 25 years of professional experience in both venture capital and private equity investment and brand management. He is the Founding Partner and a member of Investment Committee of Tiger Jade Capital, and is responsible for overall investment and operation of the fund.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Jiang worked at Capital Today, an international private equity firm in focusing on China market from 2008 to 2019, where he last held a partner position of the firm and had led the investments of Fionacos China Co., Ltd. (妍丽化妆品（中国）有限公司), Thatgamecompany, Inc., Aiyi (Xiamen) Food Technology Co., Ltd. (爱逸（厦门）食品科技有限公司). He also got involved in the post-investment management in the companies of Shanghai Inoherb Cosmetics Company Limited (上海相宜本草化妆品股份有限公司) and Ganji.com (赶集网). Prior to joining Capital Today, Mr. Jiang worked at Procter &Gamble (Guangzhou) Ltd. from 1996 to 2008, with his last position being the associate marketing director.
Mr. Jiang obtained a double Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemical Engineering and Economics in 1996 from the South China University of Technology (华南理工大学). He also received his Executive Master of Business Administration Degree from China Europe International Business School (中欧国际工商学院) in 2011.
蒋卫强先生于创业投资以及私募股本投资及品牌管理方面拥有逾25年专业经验。彼为泰欣资本的创始合伙人兼投资委员会成员，负责基金的整体投资及营运。
担任现时职务前，蒋先生于2008年至2019年在专注于中国市场的国际私募股权基金今日资本工作，离任之前于该公司担任合伙人职位，曾带领妍丽化妆品（中国）有限公司、Thatgamecompany, Inc.、爱逸（厦门）食品科技有限公司的投资。彼亦曾参与上海相宜本草化妆品股份有限公司及赶集网的投后管理。加入今日资本前，蒋先生于1996年至2008年任职于广州市宝洁有限公司，离任之前为市场部副总监。
蒋先生于1996年在华南理工大学取得生化工程及经济双学士学位。
彼亦于2011年取得中欧国际工商学院的高级管理人员工商管理硕士学位。
