George is a Corporate partner in DLA Piper’s Hong Kong office. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and focuses on corporate and securities law matters spanning across a variety of industries from biotech, healthcare, education TMT, energy to financial services and real estate.
He regularly acts for investment banks and corporate clients on Rule 144A, Regulation S and SEC registered equity and debt offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), share placings, secondary offerings, investment-grade and high-yield bonds, convertible and exchangeable bonds and medium-term note programmes. Biotech and healthcare is a particular sector strength for George who has been active advising on Hong Kong and US listings, especially under Chapter 18A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
