How to join the event?

You can register by scanning the QR code on the invitation or click here to register.

What does the ticket include?

The ticket will include dinner (Poon Choi) and non-alcohol beverages.

*You can bring your own bottle of wine to the venue

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

When is the registration deadline?

The registration deadline is 24-Dec, 2021

Do I get a receipt of the donation for tax deduction?

Yes, your donation is eligible for tax deduction, we will provide you with a receipt of donation.

Will I get refund if the event is postponed or cancelled?

Yes, if the event is postponed or cancelled and if booking is not confirmed, you will be eligible for your ticket to be rolled over to our next event, or if you prefer you will be fully refunded.

What is the best way to get to and from the venue?

You can simply get there by MTR (Tuen Ma Line), get off at the Tin Shui Wai Station and the venue is 10 mins away by taking taxi or bus and 15 mins by walk from the station.

Is there car parking at the venue and how much does it cost?

You can park at the Tang’s Ancestral Hall, the parking is free of charge.

Do I need to have a COVID-19 negative test result or to be vaccinated before coming to the event?

We suggest guests to either have completed a COVID-19 vaccination course, or will undergo a polymerase chain reaction-based nucleic acid test (PCR test) for COVID-19 with test sample taken with 14 days before 2-Jan, 2022. 

What is the safety measure while joining the event?

  • All visitors are required to either scan the ‘’Leave Home Safe’’ QR code or register contact details (name, contact numbers, dates, and times of visits) whenever they enter the venue.
  • All visitors must pass the temperature check at the entrance of the lobby. Those whose temperature exceeds 37.5°C will be denied to enter the venue.
  • All participants must wear a surgical face mask, please kindly mask up when you’re not drinking or eating.
  • All participants must sanitize their hands before entering the venue.
