Dr. Echo Chen

Dr. Chen received her PhD from the University of Cambridge with a major in biotechnology. During her time at Cambridge, she was involved in the development of biosensors and participated in the development of IVD technologies for AIDS, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C. She also participated in global support programs sponsored by the WHO and the Global Fund to help African governments fight infectious diseases.
Currently, she serves as the CEO of LUCA Healthcare. With a mission to provide more affordable and accessible healthcare, LUCA Healthcare works with partners to build digital health solutions that diagnose, predict and manage patients for a healthier world.
